I did not receive an order confirmation. Did my order go through?Updated a year ago

We understand your concern. This is a question we receive on a daily basis. Confirmations DO get sent out to the provided email. Please ensure that your email is accurate and that you have checked all of your folders (spam, junk, promotions, etc). Add [email protected] to your email contact list so that you'll be sure to receive order confirmations and shipping notifications. Also, if you were charged by PayPal, this is another good indication that we have received your order.
